Delivery charges

• Inside Chattogram city: ৳80
• Outside Chattogram city (all other areas and districts): ৳150

Delivery time

After we confirm your order by phone, delivery usually takes 1–3 days inside Chattogram and 3–5 days outside Chattogram. We'll tell you the timing when we call.

Couriers and payment

Choose your courier at checkout. How you pay depends on the courier:

• Pathao: full advance payment
• Steadfast: full advance payment
• S.A. Paribahan: delivery charge first, rest on delivery
• Sundarban Courier Service: delivery charge first, rest on delivery

Full advance payment is required after we confirm your order. The only exception is S.A. Paribahan or Sundarban Courier Service, where you pay just the delivery charge in advance and the rest in cash on delivery. If we can't reach you on the phone number you gave us, we may cancel the order.

Size exchange

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery to exchange the size of your jacket.
• The item must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags on.
• You pay the delivery charge for the exchange. We cover it if we sent the wrong item.

Damaged or wrong item?

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo, and we'll make it right. Contact us.
